In order to stop the Cult of Elemental Evil from awakening the primordial Piranoth from his slumber, you must find/destroy or hide at least 3 pieces of the Divine Engine.

The "last" piece of the Divine Engine is somewhere called Mount Doom in the Shadowfell. But who has it, and where exactly is Mount Doom?
