As the Swords explore the Warrens, they are ambushed by a Night Hag playing hide and seek with them. She quickly possesses Torn, but just as quickly, he gets rid of her. A short battle follows, and at the end, the Night Hag is dead meat.
Further in, they find King Skalmad in his throne room. He is there along with a few ghostly trolls, but with an impressive display of power, the trolls are run over and the fight is over before they know of it. However, as the Swords kill Skalmad, he once again disappears in a flash of light, warning them that he will return stronger than ever before.
A quick search of the throne room reveals that the throne itself seems to be a portal that via three impulses (magical, physical and mental) should send you somewhere. After some testing and thinking, the Swords gather together and are sent to what so far appears to be an semi-abandoned Fomorian Iron Fortress in the Feydark (Underdark of the Feywild).
Arriving in one of the towers, they move along the empty ramparts, to the other tower. In there they run into 3 Cyclops, all of which are run over in much the same fashion as the King. They enter the main castle building and begin to explore. Soon enough, they hear some talking and go to investigate. The voices speak in elf, and talk about a “Master” who needs to know the failure of Skalmad. As the Swords rush in to surprise those speaking, they find themselves facing a Fomorian and a Cyclops, but also Zeke is there. Hanging in a big birdcage, chained and definitely hurting.
