New High Priest procedure in the Church of Kord

Finding a new High Priest of Kord goes as such:

All candidates are given a special bowl that is placed on the main altar, while all clerics, paladins and priests are given a stone with his or her name. Each cleric then have until the end of the voting period to cast his vote. He does so by placing his stone in the appropriate bowl, while proclaiming in a loud and clear voice why he has chosen this candidate. You can vote at any time during the day (or night), within the 5-day voting period, as long as all forms are observed. A candidate can change his vote once (and only once), as long as he stands by the main altar and loudly explains why he has changed his mind and who is now his new favorite candidate, and why.
